My Experience in a Competition
Last month, I had the chance to take part in a writing competition as a sixth grader. It was an English essay competition, and I was both excited and nervous. In this essay, I would like to share my experience with you.
As the date of the competition approached, I found myself feeling more and more anxious. I wasn't sure if my writing skills were good enough to compete against other talented students. To alleviate my nerves, I decided to practice writing every day leading up to the competition. I chose various topics and spent hours improving my vocabulary and grammar.
