Last year,I went to my hometown.When I reached there,I couldn’t believe the dirty place is my hometown.
Now,many chemical factories have been built in my hometown.The chemical factories pour waste water into the river directly so that there are a lot of dead fish in the river and children don’t swim in the river.The flowers and grass have gone.I don’t know why people do that.Maybe in order to earn money.People will not like to live in my hometown without a good environment.
In the past,my hometown was surrounded by green trees.Flowers and grass could be seen everywhere.The air there was freash and the water was clean.There were many children getting close to nature.People lived in my hometown tried their best to protect the environment.
I think protecting the environment is more important than making money because we have only a hometown .I hope my hometown will change for better in the future.
