第一次炒菜

今天妈妈教我炒菜,我听了很高兴,二话不说地走进厨房。

Today, my mother taught me how to cook. I was very happy and went into the kitchen without saying anything.

我做一盘“木耳炒猪肉”,我先拿出蒜头,把它打碎,再扒掉皮。然后拿出锅来,把锅洗得干干净净后放在煤气炉上,我自告奋勇地打开煤气开关,只听“啪”的一声,我吓得闭上眼睛,心怦怦跳的,睁开眼一看,还没有点着,我再开一次火点燃了。我倒了一些油加热,然后把准备好的蒜头放进锅里炸。一转眼洁白的蒜头变得金黄了,香气四溢,我赶紧倒下木耳,“啪”刺耳的声音吓了我一大跳。接着下了猪肉和撒了少许的盐。我拿着铲子笨手笨脚地翻一遍,把盖子盖上,心总算平静下来。

I make a plate of fried pork with fungus. I take out the garlic first, break it, and then peel it off. Then I took out the pot, washed it clean and put it on the gas stove. I volunteered to turn on the gas switch and only listened to the "thump". I closed my eyes and my heart was thumping. When I opened my eyes, I didn't light it. I opened the fire again and ignited it. I poured some oil and heated it, then put the prepared garlic into the pot and fry it. In a flash, the white garlic turned golden, and the fragrance overflowed. I quickly fell the agaric, and the sharp sound of "pa" scared me. Then the pork and a little salt were added. I fumbled through it with a shovel, closed the lid, and finally calmed down.

过了一会儿,菜炒好了,木耳黑得似发,猪肉又香又脆,我夹起一块木耳来吃,啊!真香。

After a while, the dishes are fried. The fungus is as black as hair. The pork is fragrant and crispy. I'll take a piece of fungus and eat it. Ah! Really fragrant.
