Draconid, n. (and a.) Astron.|ˈdreɪkɒnɪd| [f. L. dracō, dracōn- dragon n.1 + -id2.] In pl. One of a shower of meteors with a radiant point in the constellation Draco, seen about 7–10 October in some years; usu. in pl.. Also attrib. or as adj.
