寒假的一天，天气异常寒冷，天空中飘着雨加雪。我到奶奶家去玩。
One day in winter vacation, it was extremely cold, with rain and snow floating in the sky. I went to play at Grandma's house.
刚下车，就看见一只浑身雪白的小狗卷曲在路旁的草堆里瑟瑟发抖。听村里人讲，这只小狗只有一个月多月大，因为现在家家户户都养有狗，所有生的小狗太多不得不丢掉一些——原来这是一只流浪狗。我觉得小狗很可怜，就把自己的饼干拿给它吃，吃过后小狗不停的向我摇尾巴，看着这只可爱的小狗我决定收养它，便找来一个装鞋的盒子把它带回了家。由于是在下雪天拾到的小狗，也因为它浑身雪白的皮毛。所有我给它起了个好听的名字“小雪”。

小雪十分通人性，每天我去上学它都要把我送大院才依依不舍的回家，放学时它总会在大门口等我。

可是有一天，我放学回家小雪没来接我，我很着急，怕它有个三长两短。于是到处找了起来，可我把整个院子翻了个底朝天也没找到它。我只好垂头丧气的回家了。回到家，我才发现小雪在我的床上正玩的起劲儿。我十分生气，抱起它就往墙角扔去，小雪在地板上翻了个滚儿，直起身子愣愣的望着我，眼眶里浸满了泪水……看着可怜的小雪我真后悔不该摔它，忙拿出一根火腿肠喂它，可它还在流泪。我觉得刚才自太鲁莽了——动物是我们的朋友，我们应该爱护它们。忙说：“小雪对不起，是我不好，我不该摔你。”听了我的话，小雪含着泪跑过来磨蹭着我的腿，好像一个知错的孩子。我们又像以前一样了友好了。
