My Best Friend
My best friend is Lily. We have been friends for six years since we were in kindergarten. She is a smart and kind girl, and we share many interests.
Lily has a great sense of humor and always knows how to make me laugh. Whenever I feel down, she will tell me jokes or do something silly to cheer me up. She is also a good listener. Besides, Lily is an excellent student. She is always the top of our class and is very diligent in her studies. Whenever I have trouble with my homework, she is more than willing to help me out. In our free time, we enjoy doing various activities together. We both love reading, and often exchange books or recommend good ones to each other. We also enjoy playing sports, especially basketball. We have joined the school team and practice together regularly. Lily is a skilled player, and I have learned a lot from her.
Moreover, we both have a passion for music. Lily plays the piano, and I play the guitar. We often have jam sessions at each other's houses and perform for our families. Lily's piano skills are amazing, and I admire her talent.
