Never Give Up
Last week,we had a sport meet.Many admirable students moved us greatly.Li Hua was one of them.When we prepared for the sport meet,Li Hua was eager to be an athlete,so he decided to enter for 3000-meter-race.
Some classmates worried about him because he was so thin and weak,others persuaded him to retreat from this race.But he was determined to join the race.
The race began,Li ran faster than others.Suddenly,an unexpected thing happened----he fell down on the runway!Some students wanted to carry him away on a stretcher,but he refused and stood up and ran again......
In the end,he finished the 3000-meter-race as NO.6.He was so disappointed that he couldn`t get a champion cup for him and his class.All classmates came to comforted him because he blamed himself.
The teacher of school sport meet committee gave him a courage cup,he was so excited for this courage cup.The spirit of "Never Give Up",give him a true hero.Never Give Up!
