我准备好后，撒腿往楼上冲去，速度很快，一眨眼就到了七楼，我返身冲了下来，腿有点麻，下来没有感觉。第二趟我又冲了上去，感觉都快站不住了。第三趟我上去了，感觉特别热，口渴，我都把大衣脱掉了，心跳跳得太快了，腿麻了。第四趟我跑上去，特别热，口渴，出了好多汗，心跳剧烈，我都一屁股坐在楼梯上，衣服湿透了。第五趟我慢慢上去了，头发像刚洗完澡一样，心跳比刚才还快。第六趟我下来时都要爬下了。

My hair was like I had just taken a bath. My heart beat faster than before. The sixth time I got down, I had to climb down.
我的体会是：不管多困难的事，只要坚持就能完成。
