scansorial, a. and n.|skænˈsɔərɪəl| [a. L. scansōri-us, used for climbing (f. scandĕre to climb: see scan v.) + -al1.] A. adj. 1. Of or pertaining to climbing; spec. of the feet of birds and animals, adapted for climbing.
