[f. Gr. τελευτή completion, end (f. τέλος end) + spore.]
A special form of spore, usually produced at the end of the period of fructification, in parasitic fungi of the family Uredineæ. Hence teleutosporic |-ˈspɒrɪk| a., of or pertaining to a teleutospore. So teˈleuto-ˌform, that form or stage of the fungus which produces teleutospores.
