依我看，必须采取若干措施来与假冒伪劣产品斗争。一方面，制假者必须依法严惩。另一方面，由于市场的日益复杂化消费者常会遇到欺诈行为。虽然有法律保护消费者，但是没有足够数量的执法者来处理市场的全部流弊。所以，消费者应该学会辨别真假。只有这样，消费者才能维护他们的合法权益
