What Help Us Keep Fit

If we get ill, we will feel too tired to do many things. It may influence the efficiency, quality and speed when we work. Therefore, it's important to have a healthy body. There are three aspects that can mainly build up our bodies: sports, diet, and sleep.

Daily exercise contributes to a strong body. Running, swimming, and table tennis are all good choices for us. During sports, we will produce sweat which can take away the toxins from us. Those team sports also can promote friendship. If you are good at one sport, you can make many friends sharing the same interest.

Bad diets can lead to many health problems. If you eat fried food for a long time, or too much sugar, or salt, you will be obese. I have a classmate who always eats fried food, so she looks clumsy.

Good sleep also affects our health. Enough sleep can guarantee the full energy for us to work. We college students have less pressure than in high school. It's easy to get eight hours' sleep. If I have enough sleep, I feel more confident and focus on my study easily.

Generally speaking, daily exercise helps maintain health, good diet provides us nutrition, and good sleep gives us energy. Only we own a strong and healthy body, can we feel happy and get a long life.
