一说起书，我还有两个小小的故事呢。

那是我生日时，妈妈送给我的一份礼物——两本厚厚的作文书，每一篇文章还划出一些优美的语句要我背诵。她还要求我看了一篇文章后，要仿写一篇作文。那时候，我对作文并不感兴趣，看起作文来头就疼，写起作文来呀可真是枯燥无味极了。后来，我看多了，写多了，也就是上了路。一次测试，作文是我曾经仿写过的作文，我很快就写好了。这篇作文还受到了老师的表扬。从此，我对书就产生了浓厚兴趣。

有一次，老师选中我去参加作文竞赛，老师叮嘱我回家要多看作文，多背作文，摘抄好词好句。当作文竞赛那天，我的脑袋就像一个奇妙的仓库，仓库不是装着什么粮食、什么金银珠宝，而是装着文章好词好句，等到写作文时，把他们全搬了出来，写在试卷上。这次作文竞赛我居然得到了全校第三名，我高兴得不知怎么形容。自从那两件事，以后我与书更是一对非常亲密的好朋友了。

由于我天天刻苦学作文，我的作文水平渐渐地提高了。书给了我知识和力量，它永远是我的好朋友。
