那是一个夏日，我和一些好朋友出去打篮球，我们出去玩了很长时间，便向家的方向走了回去。大家只顾回家球便落下了，谁都忘记那球了。走了一会儿，便想起了这件事，急忙往回走。（我们打完篮球之后，去了超市，也不记得球落在了那里。）

我们一个个急得如热锅上的蚂蚁。分头去找，又怕走散了；一个一个地方的去找，又太麻烦。于是我们决定先派一个人去一家超市问一下情况，我们在原地等他回来，过了几分钟，被派去的那个人回来了，只见他累得满头大汗，却不知道球的下落。球在哪里？这下可怎么办呢？我们最后只得一起回到球场。
One by one we were as anxious as ants on a hot pot. It's too much trouble to go to one place after another. So we decided to send a person to a supermarket to ask about the situation. 走了一会，突然听到了一阵拍球的声音，我们一阵兴奋，可是紧接着就知道那不是我们的球。

我们出了球场，漫无目的的找着，突然一个同学说好像落在假山上了，我们急忙奔向假山，可是上边空无一人，连球的影子也没有，我们刚要下山，有一个人在背后喊了一声：“你们再找球吧？”

只见他抱着球正是我们的球，他把球还给了我们。
